Terms of Service

Llama (“Llama”, “we”, “us”) is a travel-planning web app at wanderllama.app, operated by Jacob Ruiz. By using Llama you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What Llama does

Llama creates day-by-day travel itineraries using AI. You can plan trips without an account. Signing in is required to subscribe to Llama Pro.

AI-generated content

Itineraries are generated automatically and can be wrong or out of date: places may have closed, moved or changed their hours, and map pins can be approximate. Always check details (opening hours, prices, safety, accessibility, travel requirements) before you rely on them. You use itineraries at your own risk.

Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Accounts are managed by our authentication provider, Clerk.

Llama Pro

• Llama Pro costs $1 per month (shown in your local currency at checkout where available), billed in advance each month until you cancel.
• It includes an interactive trip map, day-by-day routes and up to 25 custom trips per day (free: 3).
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• You can cancel any time from Manage subscription in your account menu. See Refunds & cancellation.
• We may change the price or features of Llama Pro. We'll tell you before a price change affects your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Llama. For example, don't:

• try to get around usage limits, paywalls or security measures;
• use automated tools to generate trips in bulk or scrape the service;
• use Llama for anything unlawful, or to generate harmful content.

We may limit, suspend or close access for misuse.

Availability

Llama is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running but don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free or that saved trips will be kept forever.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Llama, including travel plans based on its itineraries, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Llama after a change means you accept the updated terms.
